As a volunteer organisation, we are forever indebted to Shellharbour Council, Shellharbour Tourism and Shellharbour City Stadium for the many years of support they have provided and continue to provide since our very beginnings.
Court Hire
Shellharbour City Stadium has been our home venue from the very first game played in the NWBL and provides us with almost unlimited access to courts for all our training sessions, and competition games.
BBQs
The Stadium also allows us to run BBQs at all events at the Stadium, which provides funding for our Junior Development, the Roller Hawks and Come & Try sessions.
Shellharbour Tourism
Provides access to grants when we have an events, such as SLAM or International Exhibition games and the like, that brings in tourists to the Shellharbour region
The backbone to our existence is our parent body, Wheelchair Sport NSW, who provides never-ending support in terms of provided us with an extra trailer to transport chairs. administrative and management support for SLAM and access to grants and sponsorship options.
